2 Grassfeed Beef Patties
Tbs Pepper
Tbs Onion Powder
Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Slices of Canadian Bacon
Mix meat with pepper, onion and garlic and form two patties. Wrap top with a slice of bacon per patty. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 30 min on sheet of tinfoil.

Vegetable Stir Fry and Pepper/Onion Cheeseburger

1/4 Pound of Ground Beef
1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
Organic Red Pepper
Organic Onion
Slice Onion and Pepper into small chunks, mix with hands into ground beef patty. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and place cheese slice on patty. Let sit for 2 minutes.
1 Organic Broccoli Stalk
1 Organic Red Pepper
1/2 Organic Onion
Tbs Butter
Tbs Coconut Butter
Chop shit up and put in pan. Cook.

Teriyaki Chicken

The part of the chicken I didn’t burn was quite delicious.
1 Chicken Breast
1/4 Lemon
Pepper
Minced Garlic
Crushed Onion
Any Store Bought Teriyaki Sauce
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Wash chicken breast, then pat dry. Place in baking tin and squeeze lemon juice all-over that bee-atch. Sprinkle pepper, minced garlic and crushed onion then splash in teriyaki sauce.
Place baking tin in oven. Cook for 60 minutes. Eat.
